Here's what I see Firefox vs IE

I think it's the plugin in Firefox

Alan,

The first one looks like it came from the QST A-View scans Smiley

I have noticed my FF back button behaving strangely since some of the later updates, for example in ebay if you click on an item and then use the back button you end up on top of the page instead of where you were in the page.  Using google search sometimes going back from an item to the search page will return you to a blank google search page and text box although the html in the address box is correct and hitting enter will return the original search results.  It may be from the ad blocker plus or ghostery plug-in and I haven't gone though extensive troubleshooting yet.

In any case for these bigger files it is generally faster to save them to your PC and then open them rather than clicking to view PLUS these magazines are references you will want to have again.  I dumped all of them to interest to one machine and then copied them onto a couple of WD Passport portable drives as part of my backup process.  I have been putting off (foolishly!) making a good backup for awhile and I had added several hundred gigs of photo files since my last backup.  I think I paid $160 for the pair of WD 2 Terabyte drives and now one stays at home and the other stays locked up in the office.  I plan to backup and sync them every couple of weeks since it is so fast and easy compared to the DVD method I was using.  Having the magazines on the portable drive makes them quickly available wherever I am.
