The Vintage Radio And Communications Museum of Ct https://www.vrcmct.org/ is getting hit with an unexpected expense by the town for a sewer project. Please consider helping out, it would be greatly appreciated! A gofundme page has been set up. Thanks......Larry

Thanks Larry, for getting the word out. I just came from the Gofundme site, where I very happily made a donation. Considering all the money that I've forked out at hamfests over the years—many at the Museum—this is money well spent. Larry and Bob and Peter and all the rest at the Museum have become valued ambassadors for AM, as well as for our wonderful radio heritage in general. Anyone within driving range who's never been to the Museum should plan a trip; the display of radio history is truly impressive, and the Museum station, W1VCM—home of the famous Gates BC1-T—is worth seeing.

It's unlikely I'll ever travel to CT, but I personally understand the expenses of a museum, in that unexpected 'fees' are a real hardship.
I used 'bunkerofdoom.com' as the last name in hopes that other tech hobbyist web sites and interested companies may see it as a good example of contributing to the hobbyist/hacker community of which they are a part.

Larry,
Has the museum looked into grants from the state?  https://portal.ct.gov/decdartsportal/grants
