If you believe you have some technically-related  information that might be suitable for the AM Handbook Section,  post it in the Technical Forum FIRST. The Administration will determine which thread and the posts associated with the thread will move into the Handbook section.

This section is the result of a thread in the QSO section of The Am Forum.

The object is to have links and articles that will help us to build and experiment with our hobby in one area for all to share.

Please direct comments, questions, and other technical discussion to the Technical Forum. The Handbook Forum is for sharing complete, ready to use information, modifications, building projects, etc. If in doubt, post it in the Technical Forum. The AM Forum Administrators will gladly move posts from the Technical Forum into the Handbook Forum, if deemed appropriate.

If you have experience with a certain piece of  equipment please offer your perspective in the Equipment Reviews section on Amfone  http://amfone.net//index.php?ind=reviews

So please post your helpful hints, Mods, links and projects with good documentation so all can share the AM/Vintage radio experience.
ed. Note, since the AM Handbook was first defined, technology and time has moved forward. The Handbook is not exclusive to vacuum tube technology. Solid-state threads, if deemed appropriate , helpful, and useful can also find their way into the AM Handbook.

Please remember when using links be sure you have permission to do so from the site you are providing the link to. It is wise to get the permission in an email to have in case of issues.

Thanks
Gary

The original posted rules in each section of the Online Handbook is covered under:
"How to Use This Section - Read Before Posting" dated 2011
The rules have worked well for us for almost 20 years in keeping "informational stuff" organized.
