I am reviving the T-368 Owners Registry and would appreciate information on your T-368 transmitter.

We need your call, T-368 model/variant, contractor, serial number and order/contract number all of which is found on the RF deck tag.

Sample listing looks like this:

W1RC    w1rc@near-fest.com
TRW T368F #106
Order number  14527(E)

Your email address will be listed only on request.

Please email all submissions to t368registry@gmail.com

Thanks,

73,

Michael, W1RC

There used to be one out there for BC-610's? One for Desk KW's? I guess the list at one time was for bragging rights on KW 1's and maybe for awhile Desk KW's. Now I guess any registry is only good if you want to buy one or search for parts?

It would be nice if there were a T-368 night or weekend or other notable transmitters of yesteryear! Totally by accident back around 2004, I was in  QSO with two people operating BC-610's and within an hour, there were six of us on with 610's. It  probably will never happen again but it was fun with so many historic transmitters on at the same time!

About 4 years ago we did a ART-13 Shoot Out on the Sunday Morning Military Radio Net, run by WA6YBS out of Northern Nevada, 3974, 7:30 AM, AM Modulation. We had a total of 19 ART-13 or ACT sets on the air that morning.

Wow that is a good number! There might be about ten ART-13's in this area that may be AIR ready but given 30 days notice, possibly more? I guess much of this old stuff may disappear as new SDR's and other stuff take over but I suspect that some really old stuff will be around 100 years from now?

I see that W1RC has another page up where he is getting all kinds of information on T-368's so I hope our comments won't be a distraction?

Is there an active T-368 registry?
Thanks

Hey Terry! Glad to know you are up-right and vertical! Shoot me a line when you can. With regards to the T-368, I have the one that belonged to Joe, N3IBX(SK). I thought there was an issue with the plate choke but that is a project for this winter. I will dig it out and have a look-see at the nomenclature and have it logged.

I WISH MEMBERS WOULD READ THE "OLD THREAD" POST:
http://amfone.net/Amforum/index.php?topic=48473.0

Terry lasted posted to this thread 7 years ago. Old threads re-posted and resurrected years later can confuse readers.

When you start a NEW thread, you can add a link to the old similar thread as reference. It's not rocket science.
