Brrrr- it's cold in the shack! Fire up the BIG RIG

WWW

WET.

Drizzle on/off/on/off/on/off/on/off/on...

Pathetic turn out at least on Sat.
Fri late looked like Sunday after everyone has pretty much left already.

Didn't look inside the dome...

Mostly no iron, no rigs, no test gear, not much really...

There was some stuff... saw one DX-100 and one R-390.

Over by the fence to the in the smaller parking lot area, there was some estate sale stuff,
found some decent tubes... had to pass up a cluster of 805s and some 811s...but got some lesser
stuff... my buddy Paolo Phillipini grabbed the 6B4G - shouldn't have told him to come over!! A few really clean looking 813s and a pair of clean white base 810s also got passed up by me...  Shocked

Found a nice "Birdish" 1kw dummyload/divider... makes up for the 2kw+ one I sold to a guy at
an auction 25 years ago... now I don't have to find "transformer oil" for my friggin Cantenna!  Wink
Price was quite reasonable.

Found a couple of Heath "zinc" alloy knobs that I was looking for, but only one of the smallest ones, so still need a few more. One is better than none. That was a small victory.

But most of the place was open space.  Embarrassed

Spirits of those who were there seemed ok, fine.
People were generally relaxed and friendly...

Didn't see anyone whose call, face or name I recognized.
Fwiw, we were on the corner where the roads cross going in front of the steel building and go up past the building to the grassy knoll area... dark green jeep. Had some relays, knives, speakers and a few other odds-n-ends out (didn't have too much to sell this time). Anyone happen by?

Friggin weather... arrrrgh!
