It's not a long process when I do it, since I skip right to the "Mean Green" step... the others are presented for those less experienced/brave/foolhardy/or worried about the whole thing...

Dunno about the oven for drying, although that would be good, but I do use an electric oven for baking paint... not so sure it works as well as it once did, since they have changed most of the formulas to "plastics". Rust-o-leum used to bake out hard as a rock...
