From the ARRL Web Site:

The ARRL Board convenes Friday and Saturday, January 20 and 21, in Windsor, Connecticut.

Election of new ARRL President and, I believe, other Executive Officers.

ARRL Board is expected to discuss the process of developing effective band plans to support rule changes the League recently requested in a Petition for Rule Making RM-11306.

The Board also plans to review and discuss Article 11 of its Articles of Association, which defines eligibility to hold League office.

It also will hear reports from officers and consider recommendations from various committees.
