Maybe, but some casual listening on some of the FM repeaters might give you a clue.
Personally, I never heard any simplex FM on 10 either.

Never heard spark either  Grin

29.600 has plenty of activity when the band is open

Not sure about currently, but last cycle I made tons of FM simplex contacts. FM seems to be more popular in Europe than the USA.
