I try to begin each day by checking out what’s new in the AM Community on this site, my favorite site! Last night I got an idea to reach out and ask, (aside from this site) what’s your favorite radio related sites(s) and what’s your favorite YouTube channel? Here’s mine:

I start mine in the evening since I have to go to work so early in the morning.
Like you said this site is my favorite web sites there is.  The atmosphere lives and breathes knowledge unlike some other sites around. And when you ask a question or make a reply you do not get hammered by troublemakers.

As far as YouTube I totally agree with the list you provided. Even though one of them is myself.
Another good radio related YouTube channel is TRXBench. Peter is very knowledgeable and does a pretty good job at explaining things although his English is a little rough.

I also like this guy, Yvo Muniz. He is a non English speaking bloke.

Buddy, I wish you had more time to create more videos! Every time I check YouTube I'm hoping that you post another one. I ca also understand that getting the wife's kitchen in shape has to take priority! Kep up the good work.

TRX is a great site, but he tends to get very long winded. Just purchased a DE-5000 LCR meter and I learned a lot from his videos.

Why thank you. My goal was to do at least two a week. But that takes lots of time to do if I upload useful information.  A 15 minute video can take a week to prepare. And that could be several hours of footage to edit through, camera set up, and preparation.  One of my videos were right at three hours long. I think it was the Sony CRF 320 repair. There was over 60 hours of work tied up in just that one.  This is not counting all the trouble shooting off cam.

Heck I have enough content to do a video every day now.  But no way with the public job. every day life stuff.  I get dozens of emails a day and have to turn down so much work. Then there are all the other emails asking for advise or just making general comments.  My inbox runs about 2k mails a week. Pic below. I can not keep up anymore lol.  I even thought about quitting work and do this full time. But then my hobby becomes my work.  Five more years and I retire from the public job.

Yes Peter likes to talk but has so much knowledge.  I chatted with him outside of YouTube several times.  Alan and Paul also. Great guys.
