For those that may be lamenting about the lack of "AM" exposure on the air, the Antique Wireless Association is holding their AM QSO Party this weekend.
Details are here: http://www.antiquewireless.org/awa-amplitude-modulation-qso-party.html and similar information can be found posted in the Announcement Section of our forum. The AWA AM QSO Party is also posted on the ARRL Contest Corral list for February.

Great time to "Air" party this weekend.

Work all 50 states on AM; apply for the ARRL WAS award and get an AM mode endorsement on the certificate.

What are the frequencies?  I've been tuning around and don't hear anybody.

The east-coast gangstas are alive and well on 3885.  I am not home, but I am listening on the websdr K2SDR in Sea Girt, NJ, hearing good propagation all over.

I didn't find much either. Mostly just rag chewing and it seemed rude to interupt.
