Another would-be project bites the dust.  Cry  Ever hear the phrase "Your eyes are bigger than your belly?"  These would have been useful in the PI Net of a 150 watt rig, no?  No.  The Johnson came from a Gates BC-1T.  The ceramic is cracked, rear upper right.  Nothing some epoxy can't cure.  Otherwise, it's fine; 250 pf @ 3KV.  It's nearly the same size as the Cardwell and the shafts' height matches perfectly.  It's at least 1000 pf.  It's very free-wheeling so it needs an adjustment or Vernier.  Asking $40 plus shipping.  TNX / 73!  Mike
