Today was  3 14 16, or rewritten a bit: 3.1416, or PI (or pi rounded to 4 decimal places).

Yup!  Ordered my Orange Pi Plus 2 today, nice little toy compared to the Raspberry and Banana series.  They added a gig of memory, WIFI on board, Gigabit Ethernet, and SATA2 for up to 2.5 TB local disk.  Will be my new cloud server.

We used to have  a restaurant in the neighborhood named Pizza 3.14, but it folded.  Ever wonder what you get if you drink root beer in a square cup?

If you square the root beer it is just plain beer.

Yes, I did.  I sent out this reminder that it was OK to be irrational on PI day

How interesting as I ordered a couple of raspberry pi a coupe days ago, one for me, one for my helper.  I hope to learn something.

about the root beer, would the cup be alternately cube shaped?

I like pie, but popcorn will do whenever the entertainment is of a dramatic sort.

4fsc day is celebrated on the same calendar date.   Globally the date 3/14 is sometimes written 14/3.

14.3181818...MHz the clock from which Burst is derived and from which flows analog NTSC video timing.
