I read this today in the latest issue of microwaves&rf, March issue(not April).  Mitsubishi and the Navy are looking into using a spout of seawater for submarine and ship antennas, HF to VHF.

I read an article about just that use of H2O for ham HF antennas some years ago.

Don't remember what magazine, tho.

Hams who live in antenna-restrictive developments are going to start taking a keen interest in the fountains. "It's so strange..." commented a resident "...how these fountains seem to increase in height at night".
