Ok, this is CW and not AM, but I just finished building it and thought I'd share. 

It is a CMOS oscillator and has an output power of 65 mW as measured by the o-scope into a dummy load (I don't want to cause interference on the air).  About 2.5 volts pp. 

It's more of a novelty rig, but I do want to try and make a contact with it, just to say I did it. 

The tone sounds good with a VXO to boot!
