In regards to France AM Night October 24 3600 kHz -

The U.S. and Europe will both still be on DST October 24.  Your AM night announcement states "9:30" (I assume) 9:30 p.m. local time in France and Netherlands, this is 2030 UTC.   You are UTC +1 as far as I know, and we in EASTERN U.S. are UTC - 4 (5 hours difference), so the event starts at 4:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern time by my calculations.
