The project is interesting, a foray into compact and convenient variable tube supplies. Who has seen it?

The voltage range is a little limited at 160-260V but it need not be so, if the positive side of the reference Zener could be sunk into the negative numbers I think it would track lower. Going to zero or close to it is important to me for bias and other purposes.
