Didnt we used to have standards and tests to keep much of this foreign RFI producing garbage off our markets? Arent lights and such supposed to meet FCC standards to begin with?

I was getting pounded periodically on 75m with an 20over S9 signal by a plasma TV from a neighbor who was about 250ft away and has since moved away several months ago.  I have been interference free since then.
