It looks like it would fit an ARC 5 type rack but it's sideways and tunes from the top...it's been bubba'd!

You don't show the front or the back, but it looks pretty similar to an ARC-5/ R-28 VHF Reciever.

Thanks!  That's what it is, an R28 4 chan VHF ARC5 receiver. The front panel has been completely ham-boned!

I guess I'm the proud new owner...what have I done? At least I can use the dynamotor.
