Indeed. Light contest action up to 29.1 - 29.15. Hearing and XE1 talking with a DL station on 29165. The XE station ins 20 over 9!

So that's what all the racket was and why when we finally left 40M the freq got filled quickly. I had to tune the RX towards the unused sideband a few times, shift it on RX a little. Those guys were right there and it was a little annoying.

Yes indeed, it was quite ugly this morning! The screenshots show the 15 meter and 10 meter AM windows filled with strange signals that had only one sideband and no carrier. They were relentless and as you can see in the 10 meter picture below, they swallowed up that poor little AM signal that was bravely attempting to hold court on 29.0...
