Dunno if this has been a topic in the past but here it is with as located on my favorite camera web site

I would have used the insert  URL command but couldn't find it

It's called "Insert Hyperlink". Second row of boxes, third one from the left.
But you don't need it with today's Windows unless you want to make this phrase the active hyperlink (mouse over):
