My wife Liz and I spent this last weekend in Cape Cod.  She wanted to see the sunset in Rock Harbor in Orleans MA and wanted to get a bottle of wine to go with it.  So we stopped at a store to pick up a cheap bottle of wine. I was looking for something $15 or less and came across this nice tasting shiraz.

I suggested that we take it up to Marconi Beach but we settled on Rock Harbor instead.

For anyone who likes red wines, this is a pretty good tasting shiraz. No after taste, light but fruity and somewhat dry if that is what you like. It's from the land down under.

Excellent! I must get some. Can you share the brand name? I can't make it out in the photo.

..Shiraz....

Did you check out the Marconi Museum at the old WCC receiving site in South Chatham?   One of the displays is the radio room equipment from the former Bluenose ferry that was moored at EB in Groton as a floating shop and office back in the 80s prior to it being scrapped.

Very long dahs.

Not IARU certified vintage spacing to those vines.

John/OLZ,
Online lookup shows the winery as Padthaway from S. Australia but the bottle I have says Henry's Drive Vignerons.  I think they are one in the same though.  My bottle also states that it is imported by Quintessential Wines out of Napa Valley CA.
