On behalf of Peter, W1ZZZ whose computer is currently non-functional -

Head for the basements on Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM E.S.T. starting this Saturday, Sept. 21st,  and fire up your best AM transmitter on 3875 (or thereabouts) because - you guess it - it's time for the Lonely Guys AM net to start up again for the winter season!

The purpose of the Lonely Guys is fellowship - we seek to support each other in our RF loneliness.

So, be there or be square!!!  Saturday  mornings at 8:00 AM E.S.T. on or about 3.875 mHz.

Or if you are on the West coast, 3870 AM, Saturday mornings at 8:00 am Pacific time, 52 weeks a year.

Peter W1ZZZ started the net on 3885 this morning.  Usually, we are on 3875 for the net because 3885 is generally occupied.

In the years the Lonely Guys have been operating, I have never heard the Library Net on 3875, but if that net exists, they may meet at another time or on another day.

What did you get done ham radio wise during your nearly squandered summer, and what similar projects do you need to complete before winter?
