Hello...who all is planning to attend the 'vention this year?? What will you be looking for?? I live here near Dayton, so it is a slam dunk for me. I usually work in the forum area so if you see me wandering about say "howdy" if you think of it. Every year I vow to not spend any $$$ but invariably come home with a vehicle full of junk. My wife claims it is a disease and I need meetings...lol. 73...Al/W8FAX

" My wife claims it is a disease and I need meetings"

Well, hamfests are meetings.
And the car load, well, that is sharing the load.

You  have a wonderfull sense of community with your fellow sufferers. I will have a beer in your honor.

There are a few of us from the MOKAN AM net going this year.   i don't know about the other guys, but I'm hoping to not drag home too much Junque, but we'll have a crew cab PU just in case.   We also plan on visiting the USAF museum while we're there.

Is there a site where dealers are listing what they are bringing?

Not that I know of Mike, but the Hamvention has it's own site with some info on it.   http://www.hamvention.org/
The museum is a must see if you have the time. Just hope the weather holds out again this year. Last year was the best you could ask for. Good luck and drive safe.....have fun....Al/W8FAX

I heard there's a guy in space 1960/61 who is collecting old selenium rectifiers and Crown Victoria police cruiser parts as a public service.

Instructions are to leave your boxes of rectifiers in front of the space before sunup.
