help identifying a q-bits brand amplifier

i picked up a Q-Bit brand rf amplifier for $5 today at the swapmeet. the model number is QB-7183. i'm having trouble finding this particular model online. does anyone know the specs or have an old Q-Bit catalog pdf?

Cant help with the specs but you can apply 15V, a low level RF input, a 50 Ohm resistor across the output (maybe a pad first) and a suitable scope across it.
Then start sweeping from 100 MHz up looking for output. Keep an eye on the PS current in case a device inside is shorted.

Suitable lower end sweepers are fairly common these days or an old HP-8620C with a proper plug-in.

thanks carl. unfortunately i dont have a VHF/UHF signal generator and my scope only goes to 100mhz. i was just curious what bands this amp is useful on but i guess it will remain a mystery for the time being.
