Ashtabulah Bill video?

I watched the old video and it was good to see it again. Is there a better verstion around?

I realize it was digitized when pixels were at a premium, but it sure would be nice to see the old videotape to where I see its noise rather than the blocks from low resolution and compression. I'm guessing it is VHS from the headswitching.

I wonder who has the tape and if they might have the gear to convert it to digital with high resolution and no compression.
