I am in the process of restoring a nice Ranger II.
The parasitic choke has been butchered.
Does anybody know the value of the resistor that the parasitic plate choke is wound on?
I see in the pictures of the assembly manual that it has 4 turns on it.
I have a Ranger I that has a 330 ohm 1 watt with 6 turns on it.
If anyone has a Ranger II that they could look at, I would appreciate it.
I would like to put it back to it's original form.
Thanks,

Don,

Just saw this, I will check my Ranger II tonight when I get home.  I should be able to read the resistor value through the case screening.

My duce has a 100 Ohm, 20% resistor with 4 turns across it.
