Your RCA xfmr will take some research to figure out.  What does this xfmr look like, maybe a pic would help.

If you have that gap then you are in luck.  That transformer doesn't need a mod reactor to work.  Doesn't it have a tag on it?  That should tell you what its operating parameters are

I know that it is 'Hv not Mod. It has several taps and is center  tapped. It is 105,110,120pri. But no current rating. I am sure it is for L input.

Al, do you know what that RCA mod transformer came out of?  I have on of those here.  I used it for a while quite a few years ago, and it was a pretty nice piece if I remember correctly.
