Looking to drive at least 4 x IRFP460's in a class-D PA.

I'm aware of the (DEI/IXYS) DEIC420 but was wondering if there's anything at least as good but less expensive that anyone can suggest?

I run discrete N CH / PCH totem poles in my 160 meter rig.
Look at directed energy site they have a nice transformer isolated driver for 13 MHz.
The DEIC420 makes for nice short connections.

Which drivers have you tried from their site and with what results:

What output FET's are you using in your 160m rig and at what voltage?

I assume they still manf. the 414 series?

IXDI414CI 30 / 31 Inv 14 1.0 5-leaded TO-220
IXDI414YI 30 / 31 Inv 14 1.0 5-leaded TO-263
IXDN414CI 30 / 31 Non-Inv 14 1.0 5-leaded TO-220

Addendum:

If one is using a 12V supply use the NTE373, 374 bipolars with the common bases pulled up to 12V with about a 100k makes a nice driver. Drive the bases with a CD inverter or CD logic gate through a 0.01 to 0.05 ufd cap.
