I finished my 1 tube (7984 rig) with the LED wattmeter.  I've had it on the air a few times already with good audio reports.  Output power is 15 to 20 watts depending and the audio driver is outboard solid state.

Congrats Jon for getting your 1 tuber up and running!  Nothing like a good home brew project. 
Are you using xtal's with it or is there a VFO somewhere?

Thanks everyone.  The VFO for this rig can be anything that supplies 1 watt of CW.  I'm using an Icom 718 rice box to supply the RF.  The receiver is a matching Icom R75 to make things look cool as shown in this new picture.

On the rack is the audio drive which is a Radio Shack public address audio amp.  AND, the linear amplifier on the right.
