I am trying to restore a real basket case DX-100 from the ground up.  One thing I need is one of the small RED knobes and it's concentric larger GRAY knob.  (VFO/Crystal Switch Knobs).  I anyone has a lead where I may find one each, I would be much obliged.

I'm thinking of installing new 50 watt bleeder resistorrs across the two 125 uF filter caps.  the original is a center tapped 30K 50 watt resistor.  I am thinking of using two 15 K resistors in series so the connection point becomes the center tap.  I am not sure I would trust the old resistor when I rebuild this transmitter.  This thing is so bad and missing a bunch of stuff,  I plan to have the chassis replated before I build the transmitter up again.  (Maybe I can find a better restoration candidate then this basket case.  I really want to get a DX-100 on the air again as I built one as a kid back in 1956.  I think these transmitter are a piece of art and a gorgeous design.
