Hi, i need some tech help on the autotune function of my an/art-13.

The autotune function works good, but when i select the manual mode, i suppose to have all the controls unlocked and free to rotate.
Unfortunately, in manual mode the C command "coarse" is still locked and if i need to rotate it , i have to unlock the bar and move it.
All other controls are free to rotate in manual mode except C control.

maybe someone can help.

Well, assuming you have the local/remote switch in the local position when you shift to manual tuning, then the problem may be a broken pawl spring in control C.  That's where I would start looking, at least - they did have a reputation for breaking.  Also remember that the entire mechanism needs to be lubricated per the manual before you use it much - old grease can gum up the works.
