or Other Videoconference (Anticipated rulemaking proceeding; Petition not yet filed with
FCC by Anchorage VEC but FCC indicated support for Petition).         

That should prove interesting.  How will they prevent someone from having a helper and/or all the reference material or a second computer screen just off camera?
