The old Cushcraft 15-4CD has 16.3 foot element spacing which is a very good performer on a short boom. I use a W2PV 4el design on a 27 foot boom.

The manual is here:

There is no best Yagi. All Yagis are tradeoff among size, weight, cost, forward gain, front-to-back ratio, bandwidth and maybe a few others.

Owa supposedly gives you more bandwidth without sacrificing much/any gain.

Compare the forward gain and F/B ratios among those that fit your size and price requirements. You probably won't see that much difference.
