Very pretty, Al. The second exposure looks like a nice slow shutter too, with faint movement in the water seen.

For sky, there's nothing quite like a polarizing filter.

I once shot a space shuttle landing at Edwards AFB in the Mojave Desert, where the sky is so dry that you could actually make the sky black with such a filter, at the right angle and in broad daylight.  More judicious use of the filter left some color and brought better contrast with the white shuttle as it came down from a flight.
