I will do make mono-band delta loop antenna will do this week. 40 M. to tape. 20-15-10 meter bands tune this antenna, whether I use the other bands? How is the performance by mono-band dipole? installation of grounding the mind at the moment does not last as ?

A mono band loop for 40 meters works well if fed with a 1/4 wave stub of 75 ohm coax  (don't forget the velocity factor) and then any random length of 50 ohm coax.....If tuned for the center of the band, it should cover the entire 40 meter band with low reflected power...a loop is also has a good signal to noise ratio for receive...
   I don't understand you question about 20-15-10 meter antennas...Good Luck.....Steve KL7OF

The performance will be about the same as a dipole. If you want to use the loop on other bands, feed it with ladder line.
