I think the first one was at the Rochester, NY 'fester circa 2000 or so. I remember running into Tim there with the Bug Eyes. Was that the year with the special event AM rig setup, the KW-1 in the truck?

Hi Mike, great to see you on here, hope all is well with the move to Maryland.
Miss you and your dad on the air, though I've heard he has been back on recently.

Good catch on your dad and you, that was Rocheter right?
Do you recall the year - the photo is date stamped "00", but seems to me it was before that, and I often didn't set my camera date.

Bruce,

All is well. Taking a hiatus from radio, I'm even mulling over a sale, as my interest's have shifted, and the stuff just collects dust.

I believe thats Rochester 2000. Was beautiful wx that year, best wx of any I attended.

Very good, I have family in the Annapolis area, some day we will make it down there.
As for radio, know the feeling Mike, went through that myself.
If you decide to lighten the load, I'd be interested in that Gross TX you picked up AWA a few years back. Just email me.
Saw your dad a few years back when I visited Herb K2VH, had hoped to stop by this year, but Nancy and I never it out to WNY over the holidays.

Take care OM,
Bruce

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.
