The real question I have is if I sign up for and take the iPhone 4, what is the upgrade deal (if there is one) going to look like when the iPhone 5 is released later this year.

Man, THAT phone is a keeper.   I tried to keep my wifes old analog phone, because it didn't have any bells whistles or other garbage, loaned it to my son and he somehow broke it up pretty bad. Sad

Now I have a phone that was foisted upon me by my employer...  I call it "The Leash".

Many did not think it was going to happen including you Smiley

Its to late. The Iphone 4 is a major step down from the HTC EVO.  It has better everything and all the apps to match. I had some time to sit down and compare them over the hollidays since my relative works for apple and had the latest Iphone on hand.  After about 30 minutes of playing with my HTC EVO on Vegas 4G, He said "damn it, Better camera, Better screen, Thinner, Faster, THis Iphone is useless now"

LOL
