I have a National NC300 receiver. The sliderule frequency markings on one or more bands has begun to
deteriorate and flake off. The plastic drum itself is intact, but it is losing its frequency markings. Has anyone
successfully restored one of these? I know the easy way would be to find a basket case receiver and get
the drum from it. I'd like to use that as a last resort if possible.

Thanks for any constructive suggestions or comments.

Best regards,
