Stevereno,

Would you please put up the leads color/impedance chart for the Triad M12AL, 125 watt mod. xfor. I sent you?

Copyright problem since it was a direct copy of the paper that came in the box?

Do you want it in another format?

-sincerely yours,

Here's one for you Steve. It's called Build your own transmitter using 100Th tubes through 2000T in push pull parallel. All the values are there and it could come in handy for a home brew dude.

Hey Steve
Why did the old IRE paper "Thermionic Tubes" expand from 1.8 Megs to 10.9 Megs? I just looked again, and the original I sent you was about 1.8 in size.
Thanks for posting it. Lots of cool stuff about selecting the right tube for AM modulation service, back when there weren't too many to select from.

Thanks to Paul WB2SKC

You end up with the color codes and how to connect them

Dunno. I just uploaded the file you sent. The only thing I did was open it to take a look. Email it again and I'll upload without opening it.

It works.  I didn't ask Paul to do it but us engineers at Raytheon seem to get on a roll and can't stop

Thanks, Al

Wow!!! Thanks, just what I was looking for. Last weekend I found a Triad M-12AL in an Elektronik Junque Emporium and it meggers OK. $15 for my whole heap including the Triad. The 1964 handbook has a modulator using the same xfmr that I'll use as a starting point. That 125 Watt rating was a surprise. The Collins 125 Watt mod iron I have is the size of a 6 volt car battery.
