Is that picture for real Kevin? As a somewhat color-blind person, armed with a driver's license, who relies on the position of the light under certain lighting conditions, that picture gives me some pause for thought!

Fred, that's an impressive collection of wires hanging over that intersection. Looks like there's some improvised wiring draping down from the pole on the left! I'd sure hate to be a line tech there!

When I return to the US I will give a pic link showing more of what they call infrastructure here in the RP. It can get pretty ugly..........but you can't beat the beaches and the friendly people.

Like all the SH&* that happens in the RP............it's all very dramatic like their crappy network TV soap operas.
Prolly close to 5 hrs of it with two news breaks, then the replays.....oh yea a couple of game shows to pass out some Pesos to the poor.
