32v2 mechanical alignment

I "inherited" a 32v2 project.
It was sort-of in-a-box, front panel off, and various of the major sub-assemblies separated from FP controls.

I think all is back in place, except the tuning for the various freq multiplier/buffer stages.

When I turn the knob to the extreme right (ex: past 3850) I hear a '... click' and there is a stutter in the movement.  Looking down from the top front LHS there seems to be a cam associated with that movement.  The CAM looks to be pushing the tuning slugs of those stages in/out.

I suspect that the replacement of the FP and &tc. got that tuning 'off' from the FP dial &tc.

Is there a 'static' mechanical position for the dial and tune stages that I should use prior to mating the FP and the rest ?  Should I turn Freq Vernier fully CCW, and then set that slug-tuning CAM to some position, then mate the two ?

You need the manual.
I never did it, as I never had a problem with a 32V series tx.

i did R390a's though, and there was a sequence in setting up the cams.
