My recently acquired Ranger has had a partial re-cap done sometime in it's past.  I'm confused about this one (and more but one question at a time!):

Off V10 (a 1614), is C59A and B which should be 15mfd @ 150V according to the parts list.  In mine, they have both been replaced with 10uF 63V.

I thought you should never go lower in voltage rating?  I have some 22uF at 160V should I replace with those?

Normally you don't want to go to a lower voltage rating but in this case the original parts were operating well below their rated voltage.  Neither replacement cap will see near its rated 63 volts in operation so you can leave them in or replace them with the 22uf caps you have.

Thanks.  I'll leave them alone.
