'Nother neat feature of the Flex.  I was on 3872 and saw a QSO going on up freq so I hit the Multi RX button and was able to pick snippets of the other QSO and found out what they were talking about.

I like it.  If I ever get an ant for RX2 I can have 3 QSOs up at a time

Do you hook up your phones for separate qso's too?

I believe so.  It's in setup somewhere.  Don't think I'm going to try it.  It's handy to check and see who that strapping sig is without leaving the current QSO
