He has developed a schematic to remove the couplates.  He will send it to you with all the resistors and caps for a few bucks.  This is the way I went.  Mine has full BC audio bandwidth now.  It was alot easier then tracking down all the parts by hand.

You can also read through an old ARRL handbook for values of each tube in line.  Or the RCA tube manual.  Then change parts as go.
