Thanks to all of you that have helped me with this apache.  I was having problems before and it turned out the meter was giving me false readings.  Everytime I tapped the meter it changed what it was telling me so I was having some problems.  Luckily it seems that I didn't damage anything after polishing one of the arced caps up.  Gary on this board had an extra meter which works great.  Tunes up to about 100watts on my meter.  FINALLY.  I am getting a tad backwords final current when I transmit.  and its not modulating much on the meter.  I'll figure it out.  I do know about the adjustment behind the key and I did turn the modulation bias to 50ma like the manual says with no mic connected.  Can't wait to get on the 80 meter AM net soon.

ITs typical for the Plate current to go backwards on Modulation.  Listed to the TX on a Receiver or use an O scope.
