Abt 40 ft or so. now I have to get the other half up in the air.  Angry How I'm gonna do that tonite I'm not sure yet.

I need the perfect slinging transformer. back at it. I might have to maintain for a few days until I get it in place.  Undecided

I'm tryin. I'm getting ready to start slinging. using a kenyon 2.5 Volt @ 10 amp hand grenade.

gonna have to get ready to head to Franks here soon. Wifey not home yet, bad news. I bet she'll be tired sleepy and grumpy.  Tongue

If you don't have success with the transformer, try a wrench with open and box end.  Use the biggest wrench you have , the larger the better, tie your rope trough the box end and whirl it around like a slingshot. 

If you have ever used a slingshot, you will be very accurate.

Get yourself a half-dozen helium balloons and wait for the wind at your back.

9:45 am Saturday: gonna eat some beef stew to hopefully give me enough strength to heave this Kenyon hand grenade up in the air. Wifey gonna help me put the amp up on the operating desk, then she has to go into work.  Should give me some hours of unmolested antenna putting up time.  Wink

1.07 PM, I have to drop out for a bit. Pill time. gear is all on the desk an hooked up. gonna tune and test into the termaline. ant still not up all the way.
