Has anyone ever seen white ceramic pin holders like the red plastic holders for the crystal on the front panel of a KNIGHT T150. I want to change out the holders and make them ceramic (less Loss).

Less loss from what  Huh

The red, or blue, yellow, white, green etc.(they come in a number of colors) colored bodies have little, to nothing, to do with crystal performance when interfacing with the metal pins inside the connector for typical HF work.
