this will give an idea of what the shack will look like. Gotta clean up quite a bit yet.

turning those empty racks into transmitters is next. a large maul and a medium maul. nice buzzardly wood operating table, turn chair around 180 degrees and you are seated at the bench. turn back around in your chair and you are in the operating position.

I have to get the gear moved still.  Tongue Everything is so heavy.  Embarrassed

oh those racks are so dirty. see the stains on the floor?  Tongue that's from one pass with goop.

I gotta quit backsliding and run em over to the car wash. I'll never get em clean any other way. 50 years of dirt. I dont like messing with em because it craps me out for days afterward.

gotta be done.

those wheels on the one are chinese crap.  Roll Eyes thing barely moves. I'm getting real ones (325 lbs) each soon.

I missed the stains before but I see them now.  I like what was done with the matchbox, not exactly vintage restoration but I always say no one can hear looks on the radio so I'm not one for having to have perfect looking gear as long as it works, and it goes with the racks.  Yes, a few runs through a car wash should help a lot; wish I were there to help.
