For what it's worth, considering the source.

Probably too late, but if anyone lives nearby, maybe some of the stuff could be retrieved, if this story is to be believed.

You're a smarter man than I. If I were within 100 miles I'd rent a Ryder 25FT truck.. and worry about where to store the stuff later.
