On my DX100...VFO works fine but I cannot get the crystal oscillator to function. A new tube was installed ,components checked and wiring checked ...It all seems OK BUT Huh Has anyone had a similar problem ?? Thanks, Bob

1.)  Did you swap with a different xtal.?
2.) Did you clean the xtal/vfo switch ?

On this thread below, the root cause was a dirty xtal/vfo switch.
He had the opposite problem of ok xtal drive but no vfo drive.
